About Dollar Curl Club

What is Dollar Curl Club?

We are based in sunny South Florida. Our founder, Harold Stewart, founded Dollar Curl Club in 2017 after hearing his mother’s frustration with the high cost of hair care products targeted towards women with naturally curly hair. Dollar Curl Club was created so that everyone will have a go-to they can count on for premium-quality hair care products, at prices they’ll love, from a brand they’ll admire.

How do you ensure quality?

It starts with choosing high quality ingredients. We sustainably produce products that are natural and/or organic. Next, a great deal of research and development goes into creating each product, making sure that they not only perform, but last. And finally, it’s about having a great, carefully chosen team who can bring the products to life. Before any product leaves our door, our Quality Control team makes sure every bottle meets our meticulously strict guidelines so that all you have to worry about is enjoying the product.

Where are your products made?

We are a MADE IN THE USA company! All of our products are made in Atlanta, Georgia or at our facility in South Florida.

How do you offer lower prices than competitors for the same quality?

We bypass traditional distribution channels and implement a direct-to-consumer approach. By avoiding middlemen, retail markups, and the high cost of getting into retail stores, we can offer premium quality products at half the cost of the competition.

Ordering & Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $35. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate of $4 regardless of order size.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are delivered in 4 to 6 business days or less. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking information.

What if I need to change my order?

If you’d like to change your order, contact us as soon as possible at Hello@DollarCurlClub.com and one of our Curlsultants will further assist you.

When will you ship my order?

Your first order is processed immediately upon being placed and will be shipped out to you within 24 hours. Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days or less. If you opted for our subscription plan, your recurring orders will be shipped on the same day as your sign up date for subsequent months.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We accept PayPal as an alternate method for purchasing your order on primary.com

Subscription & Membership

Is there a fee to join?

We will NEVER charge you a membership fee. You only pay for the products you order.

How does DCC subscription work?

It’s actually quite simple.

  1. Select the products you would like in your monthly box.
  2. Create your account and input shipping details.
  3. We ship your requested products out to you within 24 hours.
  4. You have the freedom to log in to your account and modify your product selection, change your delivery schedule, or cancel your membership at anytime.
  5. We bill and ship your selected products every month (or however often you choose to replenish your selection.

What if I don’t need products every month?

No worries! From your Account page, you may adjust your shipping frequency at anytime. Whether you would like products shipped every other month or every three months, we have the option for you. You may even pause your shipments or skip an upcoming shipment all from your Account page. Don’t worry, we only charge you for months that we actually ship your products.

How can I add / remove products from my box?

To add items to your next box, login to your DCC account. Select the products you would like to add. Once products and quantities are selected, you may select the option to have it shipped in your next box. To remove items from your next box, login to your DCC account. Select the option to access the items in your current box. Once there, simply delete the product(s) by clicking the minus button to next to the designated product(s).

When will I be billed?

Your original sign up date determines your recurring billing date. For example, if you join on the 15th, your subsequent shipments will be billed and processed on the 15th of each month. Your box will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days of your bill date.

What is your cancelation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason from your Accounts page. We’d hate to see you leave so if there is an issue with anything you received, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Need to return your order for any reason? No worries! We have a 60-day Money -Back return policy so simply reach out to us at Hello@DollarCurlClub.com and we will take care of the rest. 

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 5-10 days for your refund. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

If you have a damaged or defective item, email us at Hello@DollarCurlClub.com. We’ll take care of you!
